Agus enjoys cooking, motorcycles, and of course tattooing. His specialty is Japanese style tattooing which, he studied in Japan. He started tattooing in 1988 in his homeland, Bali. He also lived and studied tattooing with the indigenous artists in the jungles of Borneo, without electricity.
Tattooing has taken Agus around the world, tattooing in places such as Australia, Russia, Germany, the middle east, the UK, and all over the U.S. He tattooed previously at Anchor Tattoo in Ballard, Underworld tattoo in Puyallup, and Monkey Army studio. Agus opened Top Hat Tattoo in the Top Hat Neighborhood (named after the 70 year old large Top Hat at Warner transmission) of White Center in 2018. You will find a blend of Indonesian art, Asian, and traditional American art that reflects his tattoo Journey. He is a master of every style, and is looking forward to add to your tattoo journey and collection. |
